On this most spooky of nights, we here at Life Fries want to wish you a safe, scary, and happy Halloween. Make sure you lock your doors and remember to leave some milk on your windowsill!
For some extra fun, can you find the bat in this spooooooky picture??

We worked with that online company again, to make business cards for our friends across the border to enjoy. The sent us some mock-up images, to get a feel for how they will look. I love how they put it in a fry basket!
The other day, I stumbled upon some outtakes from the session for the album “Mon Caviste”. At the time, I didn’t feel that my playing was up to par on a handful of the songs, so I didn’t include them. Listening to them with fresh ears, has changed my view on them. I decided it might be kind of cool to share these outtakes, as not many bands really do that much anymore. Theses are bumpy and ragged, but still have a ton of soul.
We are excited to announce that we have procured a location for a music venue, that we will be in charge of. This venue will be open to all styles of music, art and dance. We are aiming to have it open May 31st of 2022 (Barbara’s 63rd birthday)!!!!! This is the logo that we came up with. The venue is called “The Lifted”, and we hope to bring smiles to you all. We will have food on site (no alcohol, couldn’t get the license). There will be bathroom facilities, practice spaces for area bands to rent, and an ample 20 x 30 stage area, with a top-of- the-line PA system. We have always wanted to help area musicians, and hopefully this is our way of doing that. In the future, we are also aiming to have a modest recording studio there, with capabilities of recording live sets. Cordell has decide to pass on being the recording engineer, but we do have someone in mind that is very special, to do the job. Record lathe/pressing abilities also coming soon, possibly in 2024!
